ID PICTURES

 

 

This year, ID pictures will be taken through P.E. and Social Studies classes on Wednesday, July 18, 2007. Individual student picture cards will be put in your box by Wednesday , so that you may distribute them to your students before going to the West Gym. The picture cards will be bar coded with the student’s name.

9th -10th Grade will take their pictures in PE. 11th -12th Grade students will take their pictures during their Social Studies class. Please escort your students to the West Gym and remain with them until all your students have taken their pictures.

ID pictures will be returned through homeroom by Monday, 7/23, 2007 so that students will have them for the make-up CAHSEE on 7/24 and 7/25/2007.

All students will be required to carry their ID at all times. They will be utilized for identification, student body privilege, admittance to the CLC, school dances, senior privileges, etc. Replacement ID pictures will be $2.00 in the Attendance Office.

In addition, LAUSD policy requires that all employees carry a photo ID in case of an emergency. Please take your picture with your class. All other staff should have their photo taken during their conference period, lunch, or anytime from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. See me if you need a lanyard.
