Next Wednesday October 17, 2012 we will be administering the PSAT to all 10th graders and 11th graders of the class of 2014. The test will last approximately 3 hours. A total of 635 students are scheduled to test.

The following schedule (also attached in excel format) has been approved by the SBM/Leadership Council:

The reasoning behind the Tuesday/Wednesday change was to not impact the odd period classes that have already been impacted by the two unassigned days.

Students not participating in PSAT testing will go to nutrition from 10:20AM to 10:38AM. Please escort your students out of the building quietly and ask them to be quiet when they return.
The Thursday and Friday schedules will remain as usual.

I will go to each SLC during PD time on Monday and explain the procedures. I will also provide more information to teachers administering the test (those with 10th grade or 11th grade class of 2014 advisories) via email and your boxes.
