It was My Senior Year. Everything was going great for me... Good grades, Cheer Captain, President of Senior Council, good boyfriend and best friends and the company of great friends of course. As the time came for Homecoming approached, I decided to run for Queen. I had ran for Homecoming Court from 9-10 grade. So I decided why not give it a shot and run for Queen my 12th grade year.
Homecoming weekend had begun. We had a great Homecoming Game.. From the pre-show to the winning of the game against Miguel Contreras.
Then came the dance the following night. It was sooo beautiful. Although it was at school everything was nice and we were having a great time. They were about to announce Homecoming Court. Everyone was all excited and looked gorgeous. First they announced Lady...then Princess...Then as i crossed my fingers realllly tight.... They said it... "Homecoming Queen 2009... Mykiah Watson!!!!"
It became one of the best nights of My life....
Oh wait...I think its going to be DejaVu.
Wish Me Luck on winning Queen!!!
Oh..and the football team on winning the game!!
